In this webinar for the CTN Translation & Implementation SIG, Jonathan Ciampi, founder and CEO of Bright Heart Health reviewed his organization’s approach to care, the philosophy and culture that facilitates the incorporation and utilization of evidence-based practices from the healthcare field and other fields to improve patient care quality. Bright Heart Health is a telehealth provider for behavioral health conditions and uses a metrics-based care model, utilizing data to drive care outcomes. This presentation described Bright Heart Health’s approach from inception in 2015 to today.
