The Great Lakes Node joined the CTN in 2019. The Node is the organizational center for CTN research in the Midwest, providing an infrastructure in which the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), academic centers, researchers, community-based service providers and patients can work together to develop, validate, refine, and disseminate new prevention and treatment options for substance use disorders (SUDs).
