This study aims to build on lessons learned from the CHOICES pilot study (CTN-0055) and to advance understanding of XR-NTX adoption in HIV primary care settings. This open-label randomized clinical trial compares effect of office-based XR-NTX vs. TAU on HIV viral suppression at 24 weeks from randomization for HIV-infected participants with untreated opioid use disorder and HIVRNA PCR > 200 copies/ml at baseline.
