This secondary analysis study aims to employ a group based latent class approach to characterize trajectories of subgroups on person-centered secondary outcomes (indicators) across time in CTN trials. These indicators include mental health (i.e., depression and anxiety), quality of life, withdrawal, craving, and pain.  The study also aims to a) conduct multinomial logistic regression to identify patient risk factors associated with latent class trajectory group membership and b) employ survival analyses to examine differences on return to use outcomes (relapse) based upon posterior probabilities of most-likely class membership.
