CTN webinar: Recruitment and retention.

This two-hour webinar, produced by the National Drug Abuse Treatment Clinical Trials Network (CTN) Clinical Coordinating Center for CTN members and the public, focuses on recruitment and retention tools and guidelines. Topics discussed include: recruitment and retention overview and purpose, discussion of proven research recruitment tools, suggestions on how to develop and maintain rapport with participants and other clinic staff, and the customer service side of retention.

The target audience is CTN members and other researchers and clinicians responsible for recruitment and retention in substance abuse clinical trials.
