This two-hour webinar, produced by the National Drug Abuse Treatment Clinical Trials Network (CTN) Clinical Coordinating Center for CTN members and the public, discusses the methodology and common findings from recent standard participant/standardized patient (SP) walkthroughs prior to the launch of many CTN trials. Viewers will learn valuable implementation and operational recommendations for improving on-site practices, and gain a better understanding of how SP walkthroughs can improve standard operating procedures by testing them in practice.

The target audience is CTN members and other researchers and clinicians who are interested in the use of standardized participant/patients in their protocols.

Presented by Lynn Kunkel, MS, CCRP and Holly Fussell, PhD, Oregon Health & Science University, WS Node.
