CTN webinar: Quality assurance and risk based/strategic monitoring.
Quality assurance and monitoring is a major component for success in conducting clinical trials. This 90-minute webinar, produced by the National Drug Abuse Treatment Clinical Trials Network (CTN) Clinical Coordinating Center for CTN members and the public, will focus on what to consider when developing comprehensive risk-based approaches to the monitoring of clinical trials that may also improve the efficiency of monitoring programs.
Objectives for this webinar include:
- Defining risk-based and strategic monitoring
- Identifying types of monitoring and what is done at each type
- Identifying factors to consider when and how to monitor.
